PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION
Please read through the fee structure for season 2018 information attached in this document.
Payment for registrations will be completed online as part of your registration process. Simply follow the process on each website to make payment. If you are unable to pay via Credit Card then please come to the Registration day on the 25th of Feb.
To use Kidsport we are asking parents/guardians to attend registration day on the 25th of February with a valid Kidsport voucher. If you cannot attend on that day or do not have your code in time then we will make alternative arrangements post registration day.
This means those planning on using Kidsport need to apply NOW, not 2-3 days before registration day but right now as these vouchers can take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Kidsport causes a massive amount of workload for the club volunteers and we'd really appreciate it if people could do this now and have codes ready for registration day.
Kidsport payments have been reduced to $150 this season; full information on eligibility can be found on the DSR website on the link below.
The basic process for Kidsport Registrations:
We will have a number of computers and people to assist; we will be able to quickly process your registration.
We will not accept Kidsport registrations without a valid voucher code. To ensure you receive one in a timely fashion and your child is ready for the 2018 season please immediately apply online at the link below:KIDSPORT LINK
It is the club's sole purpose to see children playing sport so should you be having any financial difficulties in paying this then the club may be able to assist by offering payment plans to pay these fees off. Please contact our treasurer at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss or see Ben on registration day at the club.
PROOF OF AGE/IDENTITY
For all new players to the football club you are required to provide proof of age and identity via a birth certificate or passport. You can bring a copy or original down to the club rooms on registration day Sunday 25th February for Jarrod Gillespie or Scott Herbert to view. Alternatively you can email a copy to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: proof of age must be received by the club prior to the season commencing. Players will be ineligible to play until receipt.
